Alex Hall brings to Brent's an intimidating degree of experience. Cutting his teeth in the thriving tourism hubs of Cairns, Port Douglas and the Whitsunday Islands, Alex found his real passion for the industry during an extended stint in the Europe.
Working for a number of boutique hotels in the West Sussex region over a period of three years, Alex was truly inspired by the professionalism and knowledge contained within the hospitality industry in England. This combined with the easy access to Continental Europe and its thriving wine scene provided Alex with all the tools he needed to hone his skills in restaurant management.
Returning to Australia, Alex put his expertise to good use, managing several prominent inner city restaurants before finding his way to Brent's in early 2009. Brent Farrell's careful fusion of French techniques with Australian produce has proven to be the perfect canvas on which Alex can best illustrate his superior old world/new world wine knowledge, refined service skills and expert restaurant management.
Together, Brent and Alex are combining youthful vitality with exceptional experience, thus bringing a new spark to the Brisbane dining scene.
