About the Restaurant
Brents - The Dining Experience.
Brents Restaurant is open Monday - Saturday 6pm to 10pm for Dinner and Thursday & Friday 12pm to 2.30pm for Lunches.
Brents Restaurant is fully licenced and BYO for Wine only.
We offer a modern French menu, personally developed by our head chef Brent Farrell. We also cater for special dietry requirements.
Brents is the result of a partnership between Brent Farrell, and Graham Soady. Together they spent months searching for the perfect location for their restaurant, and after a few false starts, they jumped at the chance to open their restaurant at 85 Miskin st Toowong. A complete refit of the kitchen and extensive restoration of the entire building followed, giving Brents a fresh new look. Our dining rooms provide a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere, with warm colours and natural wood fittings and furnishings.
Brents is available for functions of up to 50 guests, and has 2 private dining rooms, which can accommodate 8 and 16 guests respectively. Brents also offers a list of specials that changes daily.
