About the Restaurant

Brents - The Dining Experience.

Brents Restaurant is open Monday - Saturday 6pm to 10pm for Dinner and Thursday & Friday 12pm to 2.30pm for Lunches.

Brents Restaurant is fully licenced and BYO for Wine only.

We offer a modern French menu, personally developed by our head chef Brent Farrell. We also cater for special dietry requirements.

Brents Restaurant sits in a unremarkable old shop at the bottom of an impossibly steep road in Toowong, in the city's inner west.

Brent Farrell spent months searching for the perfect location for the restaurant and jumped at the chance to open the restaurant at 85 Miskin St, Toowong. A complete refit of the kitchen and extensive restoration of the entire building followed, giving Brents a fresh new look. Our dining rooms provide a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere, with warm colours and natural wood fittings and furnishings.

Brents is available for functions of up to 54 guests, and has 3 private dining rooms, which can accommodate 8 and 16 guests respectively. Brents also offers a a degustation menu and a list of specials that change daily.
